The Rio Grande Valley Music Festival pre-Music Festival promotional appearances are held before the festival and the musicians donate their time and talent. Musicians who donated their time that we don't have pictures of were: Red Johnson and friends 2/02/10 at City Hall, Weslaco, and the Wynne Jammers and friends 02/13/10 at H.E.B.
